Guest Policy For Social Events

• A guest pass must be obtained by the Mater Dei Catholic HS student who wishes to bring a guest. Submit completed form no later than 3:00 pm, Thursday, May 12, 2022 along with a copy of guest’s school ID and Administrators business card.
• The guest must present a valid ID and ticket and be accompanied by the student who obtained the pass.
• The MDCHS student must inform the guest of the regulations that govern the event. He/she is responsible for the conduct of the student.
• Each student is limited to one guest per event. Friends of the opposite gender are allowed as guest only. The supervisors/administrators of the function may refuse admittance to any student or guest. No persons over the age of 19 are allowed as guests.
